Established in 2010. Perfect Choice Flooring was founded by our team back in 2010. We started this journey back in 2005 as a father and son team. From a very small team, we started doing installations for Lowes; continually growing with the number of installers we had to provide excellent customer service, and installations that exceed customer expectations. The same love and passion of flooring, is what led our team to where we are today. We are a five star company, that excels in customer service. Meet the team

Jay Rivera

Installation Manager Jay’s flooring journey started in 2017 when he made a choice of switching his career from a retail regional manager to a completely different field. His previous management and sales experience, made the transition easier into the flooring industry. With a lot of work and dedication, he has become our installation manager. Jay enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and working on his personal development.

Jonny Sibrian

Commercial Specialist Jonny’s flooring journey started back in 2003 when he worked alongside his dad. He installed many different types of floors for about 15 years before he decided to move on into connecting serving our clients. He’s our commercial specialist with many projects under his belt. Jonny enjoys gastronomy and watching movies.

Matthew Montesinos

Flooring Specialist Matthew’s flooring journey started in 2015 as a flooring installer. In 2020 he decided to get into connecting and serving customers with all his flooring knowledge. Matthew and Christian worked alongside for many years. Matthew enjoys riding and fixing motorcycles.
